Q. What is included on each cross stitch chart?
A. Each cross stitch chart consists of a simulation of the stitched piece, an easy to follow black and white chart and key detailing the required thread colours.
Q. How do I download the cross stitch charts I have ordered?
A. Once you have placed your order and payment has been received you will receive an automated email containing a unique link to download your cross stitch charts. Also if you have registered with us you will be able to see your purchase history and be able to download your cross stitch charts from your account. (15 days time limit applies)
Q. Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase?
A. No. We use Paypal as our payment gateway, you can pay with all major credit/debit cards or simply use your paypal account if have one.
Q. Do I need to register to make a purchase?
A. No. We have a guest checkout facility for those that do not wish to register. I would point out though that those who register are able to login and view their purchase history and download their old purchases if they lose them (for 15 days only).
Q. I live outside the UK, can I shop here?
A. Yes. We welcome shoppers from all over the world.
